No Refunds – Digital Products
All digital products, including but not limited to templates, guides, downloadable resources, and toolkits, are deemed "used" upon purchase. As such, these items are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once access is granted or a file is delivered, the product cannot be returned.

Our services are customized, expertise-based, and often involve significant strategy, planning, and intellectual labor upfront. When you hire Creative Ascension Strategies, you are purchasing our time, attention, and specialized knowledge—not a tangible good that can be returned.
