Colby Lucas, MAPR
Founder, CEO & Lead Strategist
Our CEO holds a master's degree in public relations with over a decade of experience providing process improvement, marketing, and PR strategies for local associations, Fortune 500 and 100 companies, and companies that are Great Place to Work certified. She loves identifying and implementing strategies that make small businesses thrive and streamlining operations that increase clients' profits, and in 2025 she was initiated into The Marquis Who's Who.
Kellie Nash-Court
Business Development Strategist
Our Business Development Strategist's background in CRM, SEO, and overall Business Administration areas across Government, IT, Distribution, and Leasing all aid her in quickly grasping client needs and providing seamless strategies. Her experience spans from working for the State of Florida to assisting local startups, and to lead roles in global organizations. She enjoys strategizing with new brands and creating messaging that stays true to a client's own voice.
Anna Datseva
Social Media Strategist
As a graduate of FSU with a major in Advertising and minoring in psychology, Anna's passion for using data to grate stronger connections for brands to their target audiences makes her a perfect fit for the Creative Ascension Strategies team. Starting work with us through an internship during undergrad, she conducted brand research and assessed and helped develop new brands. Today she is the brains behind the majority of our clients' social media content!
Daniel Platt
Senior Graphic Designer
A man of many talents including taking indecipherable post-it drawings and turning them into branded 2D and 3D images, Daniel is the graphic genius behind logo creation, hero image design, and a myriad of branding materials at Creative Ascension. He comes with over 15 years of graphics design experience from private companies to legislative representatives. He is great at finding quirky ways to help audiences connect to brands
