- To fill all 10 membership spots for The Ops Membership
- To gain 5 new clients from BNI referrals in my first year
- Be awarded one state or municipality level contract in 2026

- Launched and published over 10 business products to assist business owners in starting out, streamlining operations, and growing.

- Deemed Best of Florida in Business Consulting in 2024 and 2025

- Founded and scaled Creative Ascension Strategies in 2022 from launch to a multi-service consulting firm serving clients across the country
- Managed 60+ simultaneous multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects at Publix Super Markets across 6 states
- Built the Publix's first post-crisis mobile assessment mobile status system deployed across 1,200+ locations after a hurricane event
- Guest lecturer, USF Muma College of Business
- Marquis Who's Who in America inductee, 2025
- Salutatorian, Full Sail University Master of Arts in Public Relations program

Interests

Professionally: Operational strategy, AI integration for small businesses, making complex systems accessible to non-technical audiences, product development, marketing strategies, social and industrial operational psychology, and entrepreneurship education.
